Evelyn and Lee Weinstein

Evelyn and Lee WeinsteinEvelyn and Lee Weinstein, who met and married as young students at the University of Michigan, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary next year.  They came to California in 1955 and have lived in their current Tarzana home since 1967.

"We enjoy living in the San Fernando Valley because all our friends and activities are here," says Lee.  "We've been playing golf at the same course, dining and visiting with friends and attending the same temple for over 50 years!"

The busy couple enjoys a variety of activities – Lee is an avid golfer and painter, plays duplicated bridge and pinochle and volunteers as a reader for the blind.  Evelyn enjoys playing bridge, is a member of the National Council of Jewish Women and exercises daily.

The Weinsteins learned about Fountainview through a friend.  For them, being in the Valley is important, and they look forward to living a stress-free lifestyle.  "We plan to enjoy the wonderful environment at Fountainview, and to take advantage of all the services and amenities available there," states Lee.  "I'm most looking forward to leaving all homeowner responsibilities behind!"

Evelyn agrees.  "We plan to continue all our current activities, and hope to add new activities and make new friends.  The advantage of having the Jewish Home right next door also makes Fountainview a very attractive place to live."  The couple, whose children live out of the area, are looking to simplify their lives, and can't wait to move into Fountainview.
