Our Moving Partner consultant, located in our Welcome Center, is your partner for a smooth transition. The program will provide you with professional advice on pricing, marketing and proper real estate agent selection and at no cost to you.  We will also assist you with recommendations on "staging" your home for sale, making the right downsizing decisions, and selecting the best moving company for your situation.

Your Fountainview Move Partner will:

  • Personally visit your home (where possible) to discuss your needs and timing and to offer an individualized lite staging and marketing overview.
  • Recommend two real estate agents from our Preferred Vendor List to prepare    pricing and marketing strategies.  They will be selected based on prior performance and their suitability to the specific local situation.  The agents will be in the top levels of production and will represent different companies.  They know they are competing against another top agent thus ensuring their best efforts on behalf of your future residents.  You will select the one you prefer.
  • Review and reconcile the pricing strategies and marketing recommendations with you to ensure proper initial pricing.
  • Bi-Weekly monitoring of realtor performance.
  • Be available to assist in contract negotiations, inspections, appraisals, through settlement, and your transition to Fountainview.
  • Coordinate your home sale and any follow up with Fountainviewuntil the sale process is complete.     

After pricing, and selecting a top agent, the next crucial step in ensuring a fast sale is Staging the home. It is a proven fact that staged homes sell faster and for a better price than nonstaged homes.  We will provide Lite staging advice to position your home to show well and stand-out from the crowd.  Staging simply means preparing your home so that it shows in the best possible light.
