The reasonable monthly service fee takes care of most of the bills you now pay, and includes all utilities including basic cable television, security, groundskeeping, interior and exterior maintenance, weekly housekeeping and linen service, a flexible meal allowance, and scheduled local transportation.
The key difference is that the monthly service fee also includes all the amenities located at Fountainview, including the fitness and wellness center, the business center, elegant fine dining, movie theater, lounge bar, billiards and game room, relaxing spa salon and all the cultural and educational events included in the monthly program calendar.
For future needs, assisted living services are provided in your apartment. As part of the Eisenberg campus, Fountainview residents can access specialized memory support and skilled nursing services right on campus or nearby at the Grancell campus.
